Saw that many times in the 90s on the TBS. John Hughes is only one of a handful of dead famous people of whom I cried when I found out about their death.

Thought I'd watch an Oscar winning movie before the Oscars and it expires on TubiTV this month.

Watched Spotlight on Saturday night. It was very good, scary subject. The Catholic church is f'd up. Only other nominated movies I saw were The Revenant and Mad Max. I'd put it behind those 2.

I saw Revenant on Friday and it was a well made movie. Not sure why Leo won best actor as he didn't really have many lines. Doubt I would watch it again as it was very long. Also watched Room on Sunday. Very good movie. I saw all of the best picture nods and I think liked the Big Short the most.

That and the entire world was tired of hearing "When's Leo gonna win an Oscar?" talk. But he definitely deserves one, so I'm glad he finally got it.
