Forrest Whitaker torturing people... hmm. Disturbing. Well, you certainly want to see how it ends, which is my most basic criteria for a movie, so I guess it's not that bad.... But it's not good. Very poor story development, and the ending is really stupid.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata
Still watching this movie, feel like I been watching it for three days. It's all about how you should stay the fuck out of the Canadian wilderness, and all the shitty things that can happen to you if you go hunting for profits, particularly if you're in the company of a Texan.
It's called The Revenant, with Leo DiCaprio and a bunch of Englishmen.
"...Dimitri...He talks to me...'.."The Ghost of Greece..".
"..That's One Happy Fuckin Ghost.."
“..That came up on the Pillow Case...This is for the Greek, With Our Apologies.....”
Jurassic World. Felt like I'd seen it at least 3 times before. Leon the Professional. Very good. Natalie Portman's first movie. It took me about 20 minutes to realize that she was the girl in the story.

went to a friends house last night played some party games and watched some movies and saw about a minute of actual tv (ball dropping of course):
Lord of the Rings: Return of the King (last half of it) A Simple Plan. never seen it or heard it before. Sam Raimi film from '98 starring Bill Paxton and Billy Bob Thornton. Pretty solid crime thriller movie.

Loved it until the last 10 minutes. That cliched plot twist ending I've seen in a number of movies pissed me off so much.
I liked it
