    WTF!!!! Billy Beane better have gotten back a truck load of talent for him. This pisses me off Harden finally looks heathly and Beane trades him. The A's are still in the race man Frank Thomas is going to be back soon. Man I was all for trading Joe Blanton, but man Rich Harden.

    i still think the brewers take the division. the cubs schedule is too hard. sucks cause i really like the cubs too.

    Take the division? Nah. If anything, Brewers get the Wildcard and Cubs win the divison.


    With an addition of a great arm and Soriano coming off DL soon, we'll keep on it.

    NL Central is going to be a great race this year, but I think the Cards are the odd team out.

    I just read on mlb.com who the A's got. Nobody looks special to me. People say Harden has the best stuff in the majors, and this is the best Beane can do for him. I know he's been hurt alot, but he looked really good since coming off the the DL.This Reminds me of the Tim Hudson trade. A's got nothing Braves got an ace.

    Gallagher is potentially a good 3 or 4 man right now. Murton is pretty garbage but Patterson has show some flashes of being decent. Don't know much about the catch, but we're set with Soto for a while.

    well yeah, dont get me wrong, i LIKE the cubs, i just think soriano will not be the same with the amount of time on the DL. i say the brewers win the central cubs take the wild cards, phillies take the east and LA taking the west.

    The Brewers may have an easier schedule, but the Cubs have much greater depth in pitching, and their offense is more consistent. They need not rely on the the HR as much as the Brewers.

    Cubs will take the Central and the Brewers will battle it out with the Cards for the wildcard.

    He's also not going to have to pick up as many innings per start as the Cubs pen is considerably better than the A's. That should allow less stress on a fragile arm.

    He just needs to be healthy for the postseason. That is all that matters.

    Well we're pretty much on pace right now...at least moreso than the Brewers or the Cards.



    The Cubs only need to go 42-31 the rest of the season to get to 95, which will more than likely, win the divison.
