I need to solve these problems:

    untitled-3.jpg

It doesn't matter if you can't do it.

An explanation would be much appreciated too.

I am writing these problems down.
I'll have you your answers @ some point today.
After I shower and eat something I'll be grabbing my math book.

See what you are doing to me? Distracting me from doing my other homework. I have to study for an English test Monday and write a paper for the same class. Studying Environmental Science this weekend is a must.
What I need help in is the learning of the Periodic Table of Elements.

    Do you know those tables?

If I was still in school I'd be able to do those in a few seconds. It's been far too long though. Can't remember that stuff at all.

Haha, you really don't have to do this if it's taking up valuable time of yours.

And, you need to learn the Periodic Table off by heart? We get one in the exam.

I have a bunch of exams coming up soon; Math, English Literature, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Spanish, etc.

    It sucks.

I'm strugling with Algebra though. Why does it exist? :(

I can try and explain but I can also give you the answers.

edit: I'm not a native speaker of English so I have no idea what the right terminology is but I can try...

Yes I need to know and understand the Peridic Table of Elements.
    Do you know them?
Nuclear # and Nuclear mass both...that is what it is called, yes?

    I am loving Algebra.
    Why?
    I have no idea.
Actually I do have an idea.
Algebra and all these weird ass math techniques
are how we figure out off the wall huge ass problems.

Mass, radious, cubed, squared, compounded whatnot...
    Awesome stuff..

Calculating the mass of the sun is incredible to me.
    We do this.
    Splitting atoms, neuron, protons...fucking nuts

And no i am not side tracked by doing your math homework for you.

    Ok...

    12x^2/6x^3

    x^2 = x * x
    x^3 = x * x * x

Now, this means you can scrap two of those x's above the / and two below the x.

This leaves you with: 12/6x , which is 2/x.
    THANK YOU, LOSTDAWG!

Thats what i was thinking but i don't think it's right.
But it is cubed and squared.

    5x^2 + 15x^3/10x
    =>

    5x^2/10x + 15x^3/10x

You should be able to solve this using the same method.

You can post your answers, and I'll check them ;)

    Good luck.

Yeah, I understand the Periodic Table pretty well. Well, well enough to pass my exam. Need help?

Nuclear # = How many protons are in the element.

Nuclear mass = The mass of the atom = Protons + Neutrons.

Ahh, I understand it easier now. And this applies to all of the examples, no?

How old are you? And did you get your name from a kickass Frusciante song?

Also, you wouldn't happen to be an expert on the individual and society in 21st century English literature, would you? :D

    16. I'm young. Wishing I was born earlier to have seen more PJ shows.

    And yes! I did. :D

Ahhh, nah I'm not sorry. Is there a certain book you're studying?

Oh, btw I went on to solve the other problems! Thanks. :)

    14a^2b^3 / 2ab^2 = 7ab

    5x^2 + 15x^3 / 10x = x + 3x^2 / 2

    3x^3 y^2 + 21x^2y / 2x^2 y^2 = 3(xy+7) / 2y

    5x squared + 15x cubed
    10x

    is this answer 3377.5
    or is it
    4.5

or am i a fucking igit?

No, you can't get a numerical answer, because these aren't equations. They are simply expressions, and all you can do is simplify them. All you can simplify it to is
x(1+3x)/2 as someone mentioned, but since you don't know a value for 'x' you can't take it any further.

I actually always sucked at maths. I was surprised I could do this. But then again, my brother's a math teacher and my father an evil and mad mathematician who's been building several doomsday devices.
