Was it just me or did the editing get screwed up, when Jim was eating lunch with Michael and Holly, Michael didn't have the goatee but then it was back in the next scene.

Also what was up with Meridith's face during the second weigh in, looks like she had a chemical peel but there was no mention of it, maybe it was cut.

Yup. We rewound it just to check. Michael's goatee was there and gone and back in the next scene. Bad editing! Good catch.

HILARIOUS EPISODE!!! A lot better than last season's opener. One of the best episodes in all seasons. I was laughing the whole time.

I wish they would have run with that bit a little longer- I do like how Oscar was messing with her about the gay comments-

I liked Michael talking about will power, saying he went without sex for 28 years, and then for another 7....

  • It drives me insane that I have class during the office every week. What REALLY drive me insane is the moment I get home, my husband spills the beans on the whole episode.

    so much for on demand.

I think it was a pretty weak episode. It had it's moments, but for the most part I thought it was on the bad side.
    I agree.
To think I passed on a second helping of Kitchen Nightmares for that.
One of the only funny things was when Michael asked what everyone thought was the number one killer in America and the second answer was 'scared to death'.
    That was hysterical.
And yeah, what was up with the blotchy red face??

I didn't really care for the episode too much. I think an hour is too long for that show. It kind of runs out of steam imo.

I enjoyed all of the pictures Michael put on the wall when he was dressed as Michael Clump, like Jabba the Hut and the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man. :D

I was hoping to see the picture of Tom Hanks from "Big"

    from angela's blog:
Some of you were confused about Meredith's sunburned face. She actually had a talking head that explained it all. It was very funny, and hopefully you will see it on deleted scenes on nbc.com.

i didn't check it out yet, though
