horrible tackle. reminds of when cisse broke his leg (twice actually). truly horrible images. however a life ban is a little out of line.

If that's true, then that's fantastic. Do you mean Slaven Bilic, he was a good player, hard as iron. Post us up a picture.
btw, I only big up Spurs today cos the beat Chelsea in the Carling cup final, and my buddy is a big Spurs fan, he was at Wembley.
    I came, I saw, I concurred.....

Of course I know him, he played in the Premier league, he was a good player...and obviously a good coach. He has been on tv during some international games, doing the half time discussion.

  • Well, that was gross. Pictures were enough. Didnt watch the video.

Its like our (American) version of "Theisman".

Hope the dudes alright. His career is most definately over. Compound fracture, dislocation, etc. Probably be walking with a limp forever.
All that's sacred, comes from youth....dedications, naive and true.

Don't Arsenal have some inforcers to put this guy in the hospital?

Hockey Justice. This should have been handled already.

A high kick to the face or the balls would easily handle this. Take one for your teammates.
My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

I don't want to cause an outrage, I haven't seen the tackle, the pictures are awful, and I have the deepest sympathy for Eduardo, he is an excellent footballer.
    But...Arsene Wenger is a hypocrite.
I seem to remember some of his players, just 7 days ago, losing their tempers, and discipline, and kicking and lashing out themselves. Some of those could easily have ended the way this did. It's a shame, and unfortunate for the player...but it happens, unfortunately.
I have to agree, don't want to though!

Wenger, Ferguson, Mourinho........why do so many of the top managers lack integrity and self-control at intense moments? It's said "cooler heads prevail", well not in England it seems.

Feel really bad for Eduardo, this Taylor I don't know much about and maybe he's some knucklehead but there have been worse challenges this season.

This has probably fucked up the title too, unless Van Persie gets back quick.

    @ jamie uk-your mailbox is full,so I cannot send you a pm ;)

arsenal croatia has send Eduardo a book with more than 2500 e-mails from all over the world-messages of support for Eduardo :D

eduardo is now walking: ˇ(picture is low quality)ˇ :D

    edit:
yesterday at pitch between AFC and aston villa, villa's fans were (just like spurs) singing bad about edaurdo and his injury:
"He used to have great skills, but now he is Heather Mills" (she stayed without her leg)

    dozen fans were arrested

Some football fans are knuckleheads, what can you do?
It's a shame that these people taint the whole game with their childish, ignorant behaviour.
Good news if Eduardo is already walking :)

p.s. let's hope Van Percy takes a little longer to recover ;):)
