    my guess would be Lolla part II greatest hits show with 1 rare song thrown in but who knows for sure.
    Yellow Ledbetter is my least favorite song. Because as soon as you hear the first note you know it is time to say goodbye.

    I hope it is more diverse than Lolla and think it will be. They will surely get scheduled for a 3 hours time slot so plenty of time for some hits and rarities. Not to mention plenty of songs they like to jam on like Evenflow, RVM, Porch, and Crazy Mary.


    I'd like to see them break out All Night at Roo as the opener. Because they could literally play all night if they wanted to. There is no curfew at Bonnaroo, and I doubt Superfly would tell them they had to stop playing if PJ didn't want to stop. Realistically I could see Release or Of the Girl as the opening song.

    I have to think longer about the rest of my ideal Bonnaroo setlist. However I know it would include Chloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns.

    fine by me if they want to do a greatest hits show. but i have a feeling this one will be a little less rocking than lolla.

    quite frankly, lolla was a horrible performance and risking all the money and travel to get something like that in bonnaroo would be dissapointing.

    on the other hand, i see them getting at least a half hour more time than usual.
    still dont know how i can possibly afford this or even get there. if anyone is caravaning from nyc or long island, let me know.

    while technical diffs and ed's voice were gone at lolla, i thought it had awesome energy by the guys- something i hadn't seen in the last couple of Chicago shows on tour...

    bonnaroo (from cloudy memory) is a whole different animal. It's quite the experience and I def recommend it plus lots o water. interesting to see what they come up with and if they can win over the hippies

    i think they'll jam a bit more than usual. they know the crowd, so they'll want to please. so all the jam-happy songs (porch, evenflow, crazy mary, RVM, black, betterman/SIFL, daughter/tag/jam, etc.), plus a few other hits, and a handful of rarities. close it out with a couple covers.

    I've never been to this event but how is it any different from a lolla type show? do bands ever get 3 hours? I have a feeling this will be lolla 2.0 with a rarity or 2 in there. but who cares, this will be awesome.

    Bonnaroo headliners can pretty much play as long as they want to.
    Liberace was great on the piano but he sucked on the organ.
