    Captain is legit and a very good friend of mine. He can be trusted. He likes to make people feel WELCOME cuz once upon a time HE was new here and was greeted with pearl jam love too! ;)

    Which reminds me, how did you go in the City to Surf? Was good to see an Aussie win for a change and not another pesky Kenyan. ;)

    Didnt run. I was this sickest Ive ever been in my life. Only had my first 'good' workout monday.

    Im doing the Sydney Tower run this weekend though (lot easier than C2S). Aiming for 15 mins and to run all the way but Im pretty certain the last few hundred will be a fast walk
