i know why they have to have a new release every year nowadays with the online updating downloads. A lot of times, they are the same with a little adjustments here and there and a few new rookies.
Back in the day of the original Tecmo Bowl for NES my buddy didnt know how to switch recievers on offense and I did. I'd intercept him every time and run it back. Once he learned I was subjected to the worst video game ass whoopings known to man.
What's worse in that game is the plays that they have that you can't stop even when you pick them. That caused more than a few fights in my youth. Tecmo Super Bowl had one that was unstoppable. We actually had a rule when we played banning the use of that play. It was actually installed by my Dad because he got sick of whipping our asses after the fist fights we used to have playing that game.

yeah, I remember one play that was unstoppable. You threw it to the tight end after a two count and it was "Hello Heisman!!" time.
Ah Tecmo Bowl. Bo Jackson and Barry Sanders were beasts in that game. Or you can't forget being at the 50 yard line, running back to the one, and throwing a 100 yard TD pass from endzone to endzone, lol. Or hearing the QB....

I'd always be the Bears on Techmo Super Bowl. If I picked the nose tackle on defense, all I had to do is move down and slide tackle the QB every time. I'd sack him on basically every play...whereby making it completely unfair! LOL

I can't afford a PS3 right at the moment, and the fucks at EA Sports won't give me a roster update for NHL 08, i guess i've got to find another make for sports video games.
um the ps2 is 8 years old, EA thought you could save some money..........in 8 years
