    I feel bad for any guys that have ever dated or ever will date my sister. My dad insane and he tries to joke around and exaggerate how 'crazy' he is but they never 'get' it , haha.

    Also, you can be respectful by thank yous and such, don't compliment everything. Everyone can tell when you're sucking up and trying to get him to like you, at least my dad can.

    Seriously, I like Saturnal's advice - except I would call him "sir" at least a couple of times (without kissing his ass). I think words like sir, please, and thank you go a long way in showing that you were raised to be respectful.
