What point will you get to, when you are truly happy?

    I'm really happy now..

    but I think I'll be truly happy when I am a great teacher, mother, and wife..

    so far I'm 1 for 3 :)

    i love this! I am in the same position. My Spydee is sitting on my lap as i write this. I find I am exxxtremely happy whenever i have him in my arms and can hug him nonstop and tell him how much i love him! :)

    Maybe you won't believe this but, when I was in hawaii i truly believe and felt that i reached my ultimate happiness level. It isnt because of the 'paradise' thing or because its a tourist place. i have wanted and dreamt of being in exxxact places and when i was finally there, it felt like i was living my dream every single day. I have NEVER felt that before. So THAT is my true happiness along with Spydee. :D

    It is the simple things! We need to get Spydee and the Loganator together for a playdate. :)

    DEFINITELY the little things! He just looked at me and squeezed me and said "i love you!!!!!" and it made me teary eyed. :)

    When I can support my family without my wife working so she can be home fulltime with my daughter and hopefully a son someday soon. That will mean I am successful at my business and I then will be truely happy.

    I'm really quite happy now.

    I mean, what is "happiness"? I busted my ass off to get a good job with good salary. I live my life the way I want to...I think I'm pretty happy indeed!

    i'm pretty happy right now :D

    but...i'll be pretty excited when (and IF) i move to seattle in march/april. it will be a promotion for me...and i've always wanted to live there!!

    I am basically happy now--content i guess.

    'Spydee' is the nickname of my first and only nephew that i love more than anything. Him being born 4 years ago was one of the happiest days of my entire life. Sometimes when he's near me like he was a few minutes ago, I feel so much happiness and I'm content and don't see how anything else matters. He reaches a place in my heart that nobody else can. :)

    This is such a hard question to answer isn't it?

    I could say, I will be truly happy when we have no money problems, our kids have healthy relationships - or atleast happy within themselves - and me and my husband are free to travel the world.

    I'm not largely materialistic, and money doesn't bring you happiness, but these things would be the most important to me.

    It would differ so much from person to person, that's why I put the question out there.

    People with no kids, wanting kids, would say "kids"...while someone with all the money in the world would probably want someone who loves them for THEM......
