    ledger was good...movie sucked bad. how does the love of your life die, and a day later you are saving her killer? i'm sorry that just didn't make much sense to me...batman is the friggin' dark knight b/c he's a bad man, not because he makes the choice to save people. i wasn't watching superman was i? sorry i needed to do that. once again ledger good, movie bad.

    did you see batman begins? that whole movie is basically about why he doesn't just kill people.....

    Joker always wants to fuck with him enough to make Batman kill him. Batman knows if he does, then the Joker broke him. Its kind of the defining aspect of their relationship.

    believe me if Batman killed jOker the comic book crowd would riot.

    my memory is fuzzy but i think maybe he didnt mean to. didnt he tie his leg to the gargoyle thing and then it breaks off and drags him down? i dont know that movie was pretty stupid anyway :). that one didnt really get it right to me, anyway. The Joker in that one was just a gangster who wanted to take over the city.

    i've always loved that movie. that was the first movie that i ever got really pumped and excited to see. i was 10 when it came out. yea, its clearly not perfect and all, but im still a big fan.....this one though, blows it out of the water.

    If Ledger gets the Oscar it will be a sympathy vote. I am probably going to get bashed for this. But I think he death while tragic for his family and friends is being over hyped for this movie to try to get the Oscar. How many young talented people die everyday? It’s just a tragic IMO.
