    Iv thought about quitting, I really dont smoke much, I just had a very mild throat ache, so I decided to make today a no-smoke day to filter out a bit.
    Im also somewhat like a hypochondriac and got paranoid that I had throat cancer (and Im talking a VERY mild throat ache :rolleyes: )
