    once was normal for me, Drinking to excess every time (5-7 days a week) smoking hard drugs. now normal is hitting AA meetings , actually showing up at work on time and doing what I'm paid to do.still feels strange to me

    I wouldn't know.... sigh. I'm not sure I'd want to be, but it would probably make life easier....Sometimes I think I'm just in the wrong place around the wrong people (though most are nice). I feel normal at NIN shows though and semi-normal at PJ shows... I don't know what that says!

    'normal' is a control device to keep us all in line. it is based on fear and ignorance and the inability to think outside the box.
