No. I keep toying with the idea of doing so but haven't yet gotten motivated. However, my cardio fitness has improved significantly since I started training for my cycle touring this summer and I may be ready to add something else to the mix.
What would you suggest for improving flexibility - yoga, pilates, something else??

Yoga! Start small and be consistent. Pick a few poses and practice them diligently. Add on when your body tells you to. Don't let up and don't judge yourself. It's amazing to watch the transformation in yourself when you adopt this attitude.

Yes, especially since I've been in a wifi home for 8 months now and just upgraded to an unlimited smart phone plan that's effective one week from Monday. No more Monsanto internet cafes for me.
