    True, and unfortunately I was the driver. :frowning: I then drove the pup & owner to the vet... luckily was only a broken leg and he fully recovered. I felt horrible when it happened!!

    Well, when dealing with the US Government, it's not really that cut and dry. Not voting IS my complaint.
