Why?? Why?? Have Ames do 10 Shows?

I was ready for them to split with Brad, but them doing 10 Brad 3? Doesn't seem right. Many people (Me included) think Brad is so much better at Pearl Jam Posters.

He's doing both Boston show's, that usually means he will just change the color and date and call it good.

    Well, the Mansfield shows are being done by Ames, and it will be the same poster (just color change). The same goes for MSG

    Ya know, I pride myself on having a poster from every show. But if they just change the colors for the MSG posters, is it really worth getting both? Decisions, decisions.

    well ames is more than one designer and brad is only one person...

    brad also seems to spend a lot more time on one print with detail and such that if asked prior to dividing it up I would bet money that he said...

    they did that for the 06 milwaukee show, I got both cuz I was there but really I do not need both

    That depends on whether or not the poster kicks ass or not. If the poster is great, people will line up extra early to grab one the night after.

    It's because Ames Bros has no problem hiring chimps to splatter random art on a poster and sending it to press... whereas Brad is by himself actually trying to improve upon past work.

    Boo to giving Ames that many - I was burnt the last two subs and I dont think I am willing to gamble $635 that they are going to turn things around...

    Yeah, but you never know....some Ames' posters are great and they surprise me now and then. They had a few really good ones in 2006 +, including:

    Boston 1
    Camden 1
    Honolulu
    Gorge 2
    Albany (I like this one, even though many don't seem to)

    -tampa
    -bonnaroo
    -columbia
    -dc
    -msg (both nights, same poster, different colors)
    -Mansfield (both shows, same poster, different colors)

    Klausen must be doing:

    -va beach
    -camden (I'm assuming same poster both nights/different colors)
    -hartford

    word up. It's a little thing called nepotism. It's obviously not based on there talent. Ames have been phoning it in for years. And are set to do the same in 08. Can't even rack their brains to come up with 2 seperate posters for the NYC and Boston shows.
