    I hope you feel better. I bought a Danskin exercise ball. It is wonderful for stretching out your back when used properly. It's physical therapy at home.

    i thought this thread might be about pouring salt onto slugs... how disappointed am i?

    i usually get the flippin cold just before/on xmas... this year i hope to have got past it as i had the cold a few weeks back... so fingers crossed i can stay ok for xmas!!
    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
