Well, me and my big mouth :o

I was talking trash about my neighbours, I've heard stories about packages being stolen in my bulding, and last friday a note was left on my door, I could pick up with them something that the mailman tried to delivered but he couldn't find me.

So, I have nothing else to say but:

Thanks to my SS, my present is so fucking great, I love it

So, I just hope to have a nice frame to put it in my room.

You rock Foxy Mop, thanks so much again and have a nice time this holiday season!!

You're welcome! I'm glad it made it in time, as I know international mail can sometimes get lost or take f o r e v e r!

My gift isn't as elaborate as some of the others, but I chose it based on the links to the websites of the things you liked (and that shipping other stuff with it would've threatened the integrity of the gift). As soon as I saw the sites, I figured the little green monster guy would be right up your alley -and- with the added bonus of it being a Pearl Jam related gift! If you have it already, you can always trade it!

    Happy Holidays! :)

Well, I had a nice surprise waiting for me when I got home this evening.
Had my hands not been full, it would have been opened before the door closed. :)
Chocolate and liquor?? Two of my faves. :D The pictures are very cool. The waterglobe is adorable.
I love the explanation of why you included each item. I am glad that you decided to do something relating to where you are from,
it is fun learning about new places.

    Thanks Sonja :D

Me either. Although more importantly to me (coz I keep forgetting that I'm getting one) is that the one I sent hasn't arrived at its destination yet. :o

I don't think you're alone Sian. There's quite a few that have said that they haven't received theirs yet. It'll come. :)
    NOPE!!!

Well I was kinda freaked out about it BUT I sent a whole bunch to the same country on the same day and NONE of them have arrived yet. So I'd say that country has a crap postal service! :D Or it could be OUR crap postal service! :D The guy told me seven days by air mail. That was 2 weeks ago.
    NOPE!!!

Oh those are ace!!! My grandma always had them on her tree, and I was wondering why we (=the kids) weren't allowed to have those sweets. :D

:o hmmm... maybe he meant 7 working days... or maybe he then sent it the slower way... on a boat! Or put it in a big bottle and threw it into the sea?

  • Mine is still in customs. I've been tracking it everyday. I hope it gets to the person I sent it to in time.

Haha, mainly my dad was always strict against kids just getting close to alcohol ;) and my grandma always put them up and gave it to us secretly. :D

Oh and I'm still waiting for someone's package to arrive too. (I'm actually not able to imagine why it shouldn't be there yet cause that one was in Europe, and the one to the US has already arrived...)

    ooh!! Good point pat! :)

Our customs guys are completely anally retentive these days!!

I wonder if that's why the stuff I sent hasn't arrived at its destination yet?

There was a lot of stuff for them to fossick through. A customs nightmare really! :D

don't knock it... carrier pigeons are officially faster than US mail.

bedface, there doesn't seem to be any logic to the way this bloody post is going at all.
