    As a RED SOX fan this has been one of the worst nightmarish seasons in a long long time. It will take at least 3 seasons for this team to contend once again but it's a fun time to see this team re build and battle to dominate the east once again.

    So glad it's over...it was like getting a beating over and over again....26 games out of first and there seem to NEVER be the usual fight and determination from this year's team. It was a sad picture to watch but they will be back to fight another year, this year damn sure wasn't it.

    From what I've heard the Sox are negotiating with Toronto about what prospects to give up in order to get Farrell released from his contract.

    I don't think the Sox have that many top prospects to be flipping. I'm not giving up Xander Bogaerts or Matt Barnes type of prospects.

    I say pass on Farrell.
