    are you kidding me? after never hearing anyone in the national media ever pick the Phils all year for the division or in any series or game in the playoffs i think we deserve to gloat. for Philly fans routinely being beaten up over our bahavior, some which goes back 40 fucking years, we deserve to gloat. for having to put up with obnoxious Mets fans in our ballpark for years, we deserve to gloat. next year leave your damn Mets jersey at home and stay the f-away or suck on that World Championship Banner baby. As my boy Chase Utley so eloquently stated it 'World FUCKING Champions'

    i am not even a mets fan...not even close, but what the heck is the deal with you guys hating the mets so much that they become part of your celebration speeches. it's not like in '04 when the Sox had to overcome the yankees run of dominance, and all the media was about how to get past the yankees, etc...this is the frigging mets we are talking about, what kind of misery have their fans/players put you through? Is it Jose Reyes's finger pointing and handshakes or something? If so that's absurd and goes to illustrate how stupid a team and fanbase is when they are the best and still have to resort to picking on others that haven't really caused them problems in the past. Why not just be the best? Again, I'm not a philly fan, and they do have their own weird identity, but I just don't get this.

    because the Mets fan invade our stadium and are obnoxious louts with their jersey's and noo yawk attitudes (not that philly fans aren't that way either on the road). because the national media for 2 years has continuoulsy picked the mets over the phillies even though they are choking dogs. because the mets players still insist they are better than the Phillies yet we have won two division titles in a row and now a World Series. because Jose Reyes and crew act like punks and it is always good to smack around punks. need any other reasons?
