No, not really, then again, I don't pass out and get raped brutally by people with crabs.... do you? That could be your problem.

Maybe your body just really doesn't like it. How much do you drink on average for you to feel like this?

That really isn't much at all. You could just have a natural response to alcohol, more so than other people, that makes you feel this way. An inherent disposition in your body to dislike firewater.

I get sore muscles. I've always been a lightweight, though. I take one sip and I start to feel it.

    yes, I have.

It happens because you are dehydrated. I used to wake up with hard core leg cramps in the middle of the night in college. It was so freaky I asked my Dr. about it once. Its your body telling you to end the night with a big glass of water, instead of 15 beers.

Same as. My calf muscles used to shrink to the size of tennis balls with cramps... absolute agony.

It sound like dehydration so I recommend a pint or two of water before you hit the sack. You may have to get up and go to the loo but it's worth not having the aching muscles and cramps in the morning.
Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

i went to a seafood disco once and pulled a mussel.

after 27 beers and getting at 4.14am the last thing i'm doing is drinking a pint of water... so its my own fault but i get sore muscles as well... especially my love muscle...
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

:) AWFUL......ly funny. i genuinely cant stop laughing at that. im a sucker for shit jokes.

pjoasisrules: as for the runny poo and aching muscles, yeah ive gotten that before too, when i was around 20/21, my drinking habits had to ease up as a result. can still get it after big night. its dehydration like the others said, just throw a pint of water into you every now and then between drinks, or have loads just before u go to sleep

also, eat a proper meal before you start drinking, and u wont get that pain as much

I get sore muscles sometimes too... but usually only on the nights when I've over exerted myself! Cos you might throw yourself about a bit more (simply to stand up straight) when you're drunk :p

That was one of the best explanations of sore leg muscles the night after I have ever heard. I never even thought about that. :p
Cause I'm broken when I'm lonesome
And I don't feel right when you're gone away
