I'll be there in a few weeks. I'll let you know how it is. I can't wait for the Sox to begin their title reign. Then again I'm not a Pats fan, so I'm not down at all right now. ;)

  • The Pats choked in one game. The Yankees did it in four agonizingly long games........I'd consider that the worst choke in history. Laugh it up now, but I've seen a combined five championships in seven years from the pats and red sox.

what's the rush? there's still comedy material to come up with for a certain team owned by a certain worst owner in sports.

Nah, I wouldn't say so. On any given Sunday anyone can win in football. It takes a combined skill and an epic collapse for a team to do it in four consecutive games.

no, the world DOES go on. You're the one that started seven thousand threads gloatin about the championship. They lost, but what am I supposed to do? Bow down and worship you? It was disappointing, but fuck, there's next year. And I've seen them win before.

Its funny I come back and instead of seeing NY'ers revelling in a Giants victory, all they can do is rub it in the faces of New Englanders....sad. Luckily the fans I met en route to and at the game had a lot more class. Some of you guys could use a lesson. Great effort by the Giants D-Line, and a remarkable play on the Tyree catch...an amazing game, disappointing result from my perspective but a tremendous experience nonetheless.

Dude, you just like to interpret things your own way.
I am obviously disappointed the Pats lost, how that translates into me getting "bitch slapped" is something I guess I'd need to spark up to comprehend.
Ihand it to the Giants, played a superior game on the biggest stage, and completed the most mriaculous play in NFL history.
I however do not "distance" myself from the team, and will be rooting for them come September...when they will be favored to win the title again (currently 2-1 in Vegas, Colts are next at 6-1)

Enjoy the victory (though its humorous as you have stated you are not a Giants fan, yet are acting like you are a 60 yr season tix holder).
I think the Pats have a better shot at getting to SB XLIII than the G-men, this loss sucked but the team still has some years left in its current contending run, we shall see in the fall.
