Yeah, great episode. Looks like they've ran as far as they can...now it's time to backtrack.

  • I love how they always make it seem like a character is done, either dead, or arrested, or whatever, but then all of a sudden they have a new life. Franklin was a good example. He goes from on the run, to his wife getting arrested, to wanting to turn himself in to get his wife out, to Mahone telling him to kill himself, and now he's out as a free man. Same as Billick, you think he's going to be serving life in Fox River, then he's out again like its nothing.
  • Fox has renewed "Prison Break" through the 2007-08 TV season, the show's third. The show has won its slot in adults 18-34 and come in second with adults 18-49.

Executive producer Paul Scheuring said his team had been proceeding with this year's season finale cliffhanger and had already mapped out much of season three when they received the firm pickup Tuesday.

"We already knew where we were going," he said. "Most of the major players are returning, but it will be a reconceptualization again, just like it was in season two."

Season three's storyline will expand internationally; the show also plans to add at least four new cast members -- two men, two women, none American. Casting likely will take place in May.

"Prison Break" will continue to shoot in Dallas next season (having moved there this year after filming the season one prison-set episodes outside of Chicago). But crews will spend more time shooting in Florida and Louisiana, Scheuring said.

Sweet! I know season two isn't over yet, but when will season three start? August-September?

Unless they are going to do a "24" and air season 3 without interruptions, I would say August. Most shows start in Sept, but Prison Break started in August for season 2, so I'd look for that again.

i picked up season 1 at christmas and have since lent it out to/recruited 3 people already. they seem to love the first season. One of the people has the entire season 2 on tivo and is waiting to finish season 1 before they get into it.

I don't have the dvds, but the next time it goes onsale I think I'll pick it up. With 24, I always like going thru all of the seasons before a new one starts up. So I can start the same with prison break I suppose. Helps remember smaller details so when my wife asks "who is that" or "what happened to him" I don't have to look it up!

So much shit happened last night, you can definitely tell its all coming to a head for next week's finale.

Pretty funny Bellick is right back in the same position he was a few episodes ago, getting arrested for a murder he didn't do.
  • lamperti77lamperti77 Posts: 365
The episode was awesome! My guess is next week Kim doesn't shoot Linc. He either shoots Mahone or Mahone shoots Kim.

It would have been better if Michael stabbed T-bag's hand to the floor and not his wrist. this way he would have two hands that were screwed up.

Season 3 can't start up soon enough.

Haha...Bellick is a sack of crap and deserves everything he gets. Mahone is KILLING ME. Paul turned out to be a pretty good guy, or so it seems. Next week is going to be insanely great, I think.

Thank god The Sopranos begins the following week to soften the blow of losing Prison Break for who knows how long. ;)

Kellerman will probably either get shot or his head falls off before he gets to testify.

the show gets off on showing one thing then twisting it. but still one of the only few shows I watch

EXCELLENT finale. They left the money in the water!

not quiet sure why they didn't just jump in the boat when the cops came.

Was that Bellick naked and beaten up on the floor in that prison?

Definitely Bellick. So it might be Prison Break Panama next year with Mahone, Michael, Bellick and TBag all locked up together, and Linc outside trying to help.

Michael helped Linc get out, so now it's Linc's turn to help.

Did Sucre actually die in the streets or did he just collapse?

Agreed. They've got to continue the show somehow. Season 1 its busting out of jail, season 2 is on the run, season 3 looks like its busting out of jail again, in a different setting, with I'm sure different twists.

Not sure about Sucre. I heard a bunch of actors won't be back for season 3. But with Kellerman, the Chinese guy and probably CNote all out of the way that could certainly explain a majority of that.

I just got my mom hooked to Prison Break. She just finished watching the first season on DVD and I thought she would be able to watch the second season online. Unfortunately, they seem to have taken the majority of the episodes off the website. Is there any other place she would be able to get her hands on the season 2 episodes without having to wait for the DVDs to come out?

I just downloaded them via bit torrent, that's probably your best bet.

First two seasons were spot on, but this third season is a little rough so far.
