Honestly, does anyone here wear old school Doc Martins?

I just bought a pair b/c i love them and my wife has been breaking my balls for two days now. She will not go out in public with me if I wear them LOL.
I love these boots.

Your thoughts?

    I have some old Docs and I wear them...with tights.

    I have new Doc's too...

    I dont wear a jeans jacket but I wear skirts that are made out of old flannel shirts...my bf calls them "eddie outfits"

    New docs aren't the same as old ones.
    Though I have never owned either.

    I wear my old school docs onnnnce in a while when im caught wearing shoes! :eek: I prefer my quiksilver flip flops but the docs are cool at times.

    I have owned pairs of Doc marten boots for the past ten years. I love em. No problem with wearing them with jeans. They still look pretty cool when they get broken in.

    I wear my old docs, new docs, but during the Summer I wear flip flops and my Doc Sandals....I prefer to be barefoot though! :D

    i have a pair of mary jane style docs that i got in london about 6 years ago...
    i wear them to work in winter months.
    not that it's cold, i'm in miami after all... but it's too hot the rest of the year!

    Funny side story about docs:
    I was looking for a pair for cheap and asked on the pit and someone came through with a web site (zappos) and got a pair. We "talked" some more and she ended up coming out for a show, and we had a great time. All because of doc martens.

    I was offered a whole binbag full of Docs by a work colleague of my mother's back from this woman's grunge days :p

    Unfortunately I'm 5 shoe sizes bigger than her :( Apparently she had pink ones with gold stars and everything...
