So all three have been on all weekend. Kinda watching once in a while.

If he died once, at the start of the first one, and it all ended there, I'd find it all a little more bearable.:D
"What a stupid lamb."
"What a sick, masochistic lion."
frodo is quite the little bitch though...it's all about sam, he holds the shit down at the very end. samwise representing!
But, according to wiki, he was also the youngest. So to me that would explain everything. The movie makes it out to look as though he is just stupid by nature. I didn't read the books as one might be able to tell.

faithful i'm a regular fruit cup for these movies, so no worries, i got plenty of love for 'em for everybody haha
Awesome. You definitely should read the books. Takes some time, but explain so much more than the movies.

that said, i'll have to borrow my sis' copies of the books to read
Did you get that? I loved them
Frodo: I wish the ring had never come to me, Gandalf.
Gandalf: So do all who live to see such times. But that is not for us to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.
"Climbing Mordor, Frodo ran his hands through his hair. A single hair fell to the ground. Now, this had been one of those pesky hairs that he missed every cut, and it hadn't been cut since the first day of his harvest of cabbage back at the Shire. What a glorious day. There were these annoying birds chirping that day. Frodo remembered not being able to sleep. He remembered this dream where [insert two pages about a worthless dream that has nothing to do with the story]' Seriously, comon!
The thing with books like LOTRs and Harry Potter and fantasies in general is that anything can happen. You're wondering things like 'lets see, who could possibly be the bad guy doing this?' Then suddenly the author just creates a new mystery character, haha.
I agree with what you said about the filming, music, and story. But they're still boring, I thought the acting sucked.
Acting sucked? Are you a fan of the movie 300? That was some god awful shitty acting...or any Martin Lawrence movie
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Lord_of_the_Rings_film_trilogy#Academy_Awards wam bam
Most of the acting sucked in that too. But at least it was only half as long. Mcnulty from the wire was terrible in it. The Action was good though.
umm how many awards were won for acting? Let me see . . . . NONE.
Like I said, the visuals, story, sets and all that shit was great.
Heh, How could you not like Gimli? And Legolas? Fucking awesome
And Gimli was played by that one guy in the Indiana Jones trilogy, Indies friend that would always help him out, he wore that silly hat
Haha. John Rhys-Davies played Sallah in the Indiana Jones movies. And Gimli
