    Funny, wrestling was the only thing my dad and I could watch together when I was a kid.

    I remember Nicolai Volkov singing the Soviet national anthem when I was a kid in the 80's

    In fact, at the time, I could probably sing the Soviet national anthem because of that, lol

    that video was hilarious. the 1980's is easily the funniest decade in American history. It was just completely ridiculous. for every good thing (Ghostbusters, Iron Maiden), there was just complete and utter bullshit (Poison, Howard The Duck, and music videos where all the WWF wrestlers sing and dance)

    I noticed five.

    Freddie Blassie, Fabulous Moolah, and Missing Link all died as senior citizens. Junkyard Dog and Adrian Adonis both died i car crashes. This actually isn't a situation where you can talk about "dead wrestlers" like usual.

    Don Muraco, Jim Neidhart, Paul Orndorff, King Kong Bundy and Bruti are definitely still alive...

    True. The Anvil was just on Raw a few weeks ago. Bundy is still doing well at autograph signings at a minor league baseball game near you. Muraco I've seen doing matches with his son at legends shows, and Orndorf is still kicking.

    Brutus...LOL, I remember a story a couple years ago where a suspicious bag of white powder was found in a Boston subway. This was back in the days of the Anthrax scare". Anyway, Beefcake was working as a Subway toll collector or whatever. Turns out it was just his bag of blow... But yeah, he's still alive.

    My 10 yr old mind quickly formulated "oh well...so much for watching this crap....it isn't even real"
