Who likes to cook?

I am going to make a Chicken Veggie Soup tonight. Fun for me, I love to chop and crush and Stew.....how about you ? LOL.

Any good websites you can recommend for other great dinner recipes?
Lets be honest....my wife can not cook, she can not even make toast. Hahaha. I always cook Christmas dinner so i am looking for a good recipe, my in-law is cooking Ham on Xmas eve so thats out and I want something different then Turkey this year. Ideas?

my girlfriend and I cook up AMAZING shit all the time... she makes the best pasta ever, sometimes she uses gnocci, sometimes spaghetti squash, but always cooks the sauce on the stove with vegetables in it.. so good

I made a damn good vegan Seitan Philly cheese steak, I made everything but the vegan cheese/mayo.

I have the best and easiest salsa recipe, if you like hot salsa, it's the bomb!
Extra hot rotel, chopped cilantro and onions, and some cumin!

that salsa sounds GOOD! i enjoy pico de gallo (if thats the way u spell/say it). I was at a party saturday and there was a tray FULL of that stuff. I grabbed some chips & went to town cuz nobody else was eating that salsa! i like making my own too. cooking is the best!

yep, pico is good chit!
rotel is SO DAMN GOOD, and makes it so easy, just add a few things and you have some damn good salsa!

its onions, tomatoes, cilantro, green chilies, and....i forget what else!!! :eek: but its all chopped up in tiny squares or just chopped then stirred and served up in a bowl for dipping. its awesome. try it! its best with tortilla chips but its also good On stuff.

If I know what the hell I'm doing I like to cook and goofing around in the kitchen. And drinking while cooking is a must.

I grow my own cilantro...

Rotel is usually by the canned tomatoes... it is basically diced tomatoes with different spices/veggies added to make it taste GOOD AS HELL!
I use the Extra Hot rotel, 2 cans, then blend up cilantro, onions, and garlic, throw in some cumin and it's some good ass salsa in about 2 minutes!

My favorite thing to cook is my homemade Tomato Sauce over whole wheat pasta with fresh Italian bread.
I turn on some Jazz, open a bottle of a Dry Italian Red, and go to town.
