I hire mostly european students for my business because they never ever call out, they find work that needs to be done, and they are all around great workers.
My american employees? Fucking suck! They call out, they sit on their ass not knowing what needs to be done unless you give them a list, and they always are the first to leave early.
Its really fucking pathetic to think that these spoiled kids are our future.
This country is going to shit.

Don't give them what ever they want b/c they cry for it!
My american girl that called out said that she dosent even need the job, but her parents said if she wants to rent a house with friends at the shore for the summer she needs to work. Well dumb ass parents.....that does not help if they don't need the money b/c you give it to them.

thats usually not my thing though... my parents have made me pay for any non essential things since i was like 6 y.o.... i was the first one to have a real job out of all my friends when i was 15... i definitely have an above average work ethic and im embarrassed by how lazy my generation is... when i think how hard my grandparents had to work when they came to america... it really pisses me off
that being said though... im fuckin sick of my job and need to get out of the restaurant business ASAP before i kill myself! after awhile, no matter how hard working you are you become incredibly cynical

But I do agree that some members of the workforce make it clear that they don't really give a damn about doing a good job at work.
kids are so fuckin soft these days! theres too many rules protecting the safty of kids... if kids are dumb enough to do something that hurts or kills them then the parents probably passed on some dumbass genes... sparklers should not be illegal in IL just cause some dumb fuckin kid doesnt know which end to grab

Canadians to...I am closing sale on my house this week, so I called my lawyers office at 4:25 today to verify the figures and makes sure everything is in order and the secretary told me 5 times that they close at 4:30, I'm thinking we're paying you guy's a lot of money I think a few extra minutes with your client would not break you, stupid fuckin people. the majority of my friends are such fucking pricks. everytime I come up with an amazing idea, they never wanna follow through cause they're too scared. It's always me and 2 or 3 friends doing it.
sometimes we get in trouble, but it's so fucking worth it.

seriously, if I ever spawn a child, the kid will be tough. I won't be a slave driver, but if he/she and gets a knee scrape, I won't be in the ER yelling at the nurses like it's an emergency.
First of all, I am the owner.
Second I am well liked by my employees. I have many that return to work every season b/c I take good care of them with a bonus at the ens of the summer and I buy them all pizza every week.
And by the sounds of you I am sure I would not hire you for any job.
