I lived there from age 9 months to almost 8 years old. I lived in Rio Rancho NM :)

I used to go to sonic for an ice cream cone after trick or treating.. good times!

Cool! That was most likely before I lived in Albuquerque though. Just checking. :)

It may seem odd, but some of my fond memories from my young childhood are of going in Sonic (in Arkansas).

  • Never had Sonic before but have seen the commercials on TV a lot.
Whats good there? Is it a drive up with car service or what?

with any luck yours will be topless..

I live in SJ too - you are probably talking about the same one. I don't know what the are serving there but there was a shitload of people lined up waiting to get into the parking lot. They had cones up & about 8-10 security people directing traffic. weird.

nevermind. just read your former post. it's not the same one. I guess they are invading south jersey.

I've mentioned this here before, I've seen those commercials and they do make the food look tasty! I don't think they have any in NY though?

    The drink/slush/float selection is superb.

As far as food ... In-and-Out kicks its fucking ass.

No way, Jack-in-the-Box has the best commercials. Decide for yourself:

It's true, Sonic's really vary in quality and service. I like it that they serve breakfast all day long. Their beverages are probably the best thing about them, especially that fresh cherry limeade. :D
