    That is the first step. Just be strong. And, i wouldn't binge out on them right before the sit down. How embaressing for you if your teeth are all blackened from chocolate cookie while trying to break the bad news.

    hell yes they are. I found myself in bed with a box in my arm one morning, after an evening of too much beer. F'ing crumbs in bed, on the floor.     believe it or not, we don't "need" anything. that is only the spoiled brat in us trying to fill some temporary solution to an emptyness that does not exist.

    Sheezits are the bomb as well as Chedder Fish. Doritos are by far the best though, Cool Ranch, I remember when they came out with it. big fan.

    I hate oreos! Eck. Specifically the creamy filling...I've just never been a fan. Now give me some pepperidge farm cookies and I'm a happy girl :)
