    I think certain face shapes wear certain lengths better than others.

    There was a woman at my old job who had straight long hair when I first started. One day, she got her hair cut to around the length of her chin, and all of a sudden everyone noticed that she had these amazing cheekbones. And it really accentuated her eyes in a way that the long hair did not. She definitely looked better with it shorter.

    my husband just loves my hair, period. suber long, super short....curly, straight, whatever color........ he actually has been saying i should chop it! currently it is very long and curly...i think he just enjoys the change, as do i. as mentioned it *IS*.....just hair! it grows! i never understood the 'freak out' factor with cutting it, not cutting it....etc. whatever suits you, makes you happy, enjoy! besides...it WILL grow back! and no, i am not cutting mine off just yet....but soon, more than likely. :)

    anyhooooo...staying on topic...i think changing up your hair is FUN! i have had my hair uber short....and purplish :D..........and currently the longest it's probably ever been, and sure....dark brown with grey. ;)
