  • Can you imagine ?

I feel like I just got punched in the stomach

My boss gave the ol "Im surprised when I heard this...especially you being involved"

No shit !! It wasn't a big deal

I can't especially given this guy seems to be "Mr I can dish it but please don't serve it back" What an asshat. I think you should really speak to your boss again and have him look at your record vs this guys.

    Thanks man

    Thats exactly how I feel

I told him after the incident I have to talk to my boss he said "Why ? I'm cool with everything..I went to my Supervisor because I've had things in the past I thought was squashed and that person went and told on me."

How many issues can a person have where they have to cover their ass ?

He's had run ins with other people and the guy he works with on Saturdays flat out told him "You're an asshole!"

Yet, I'm made to look like the bad guy here

    That isn't on at all!!!

How many people have told on him??? What is this jr high? Seems like everybody now wants a hand holding. See if this goes in your file because it seems if they want you to take harassment training again than that will go in your record and you don't want that especially given that this guy sounds like a clown.

I talked to my boss again and he said it wont affect my record or my review at the end of the year...if it happens again they would have to take disciplinary action and we'd be heading to HR

This is just a verbal coaching

From now on with this guy its strickly business related no personal talk and like I said he will be on a different shift shortly

i hate when things get blown out of proportion!! glad that nothing is going into your file and you won't have to deal with him anymore.

in my lovely world of retail...my store merchandiser is notorious for holding grudges for a ridiculous amount of time. she barely utters 2 words to me at work due to who knows what...though i think it's because i folded a tank top a different way than she originally set up....wait for it...A YEAR AGO??! i know it sounds ridiculous...and i was suprised to find out that someone could get so upset over a fucking tank top

we are suppose to be running this store together....and i have to force conversation with her. she refuses to be cordial in any way. i'm soooo happy to be leaving for seattle in a few months!!

and this is why i hate working with all girls...some of them are so petty.

**sorry to rant...it's been a bad day**
yes...i do feel like a human. i do not feel like a tree.

I used to work in an office with like 80% women which really was hard because of all the gossip and drama. Now I work in an office and there is like only seven women, and I thought the women had some drama. These men are so much worse!! WOW  It's quite hilarious! :D

yup...i moved out to CO for a new start and a good job with my company. the people i was working with out there turned out to be douchebags and more or less forced me to move back to the east coast.

the fact that they were bad mouthing me to my manager behind my back, and my manager wasn't doing anything about it...really pissed me off. i didnt need that shit at the time. i think they had issues with a 27 year old being their boss.

thankfully, my boss that i was working with in RI before I left had a position open and hired me back without even going through the interview process.

so yeah, co-workers can be assholes.
