I need to cancel my Netflix account. I never use the fucker. I think it's been six months since I watched anything. Here's the kicker though...my best friend's son....my God son...I gave the password to him and he watches shit all the time. :fp:
I was quite surprised to find a Blockbuster in Eau Claire
There's still one here. There used to be 2, as well as countless others in the surrounding area, but this is the only one left. There was a place on the edge of Ft. Worth where there were actually two Blockbusters right across the street from each other. Needless to say, that's not happening anymore.
I don't know how this one Blockbuster stays open. Every time I drive by there's not a soul around. I'm starting to suspect that when they closed it down somebody just forgot to turn off the lights and the Open sign.
I don't understand why people would use a Red Box over going to Blockbuster. More variety at a Blockbuster, plus those Red Box things don't look all that convenient. Seems like every time I walk by there's somebody standing there at the machine taking their sweet ass time reading through all the movies while a line of pissed off people wait. A couple of weeks ago I went in a grocery store and as I was walking in noticed this lady and her kids standing at the box taking her time with a line of people behind her. I go inside and buy groceries, probably took 10-15 minutes, and when I come out she's still there at the front of the line doing whatever it was she was doing.
Seems to me, if you know what you're looking for, and don't waste your time browsing, you can be in and out of a Blockbuster just as fast, if not faster, than a Red Box.
