    Mine was 1 month ago.

    Have to wait 10 weeks before Unprotected Sex. Protected sense can commence 5-10 days after the procedure.

    I was expecting it to be uncomfortable. It hurt like a motherfucker. A 15 minute long - kick to the groin.

    All is well now.

    I salute you. Real Men get vasectomies. It pisses me off when I hear about pussies who won't get one done, and make their wife go through a major surgery or keep taking the pill because they aren't man enough to get it done.

    After I have a few kids, I plan on having it done as well.

    lol, dude...he got a vastectomy. He wasn't castrated. The only thing ruined is his ability to make babies. It's not that big of a deal in the long run.

    Got mine about 10 -11 years ago. Wife had gone on the pill for the very first time just prior to that. It took about a month to decide that wasnt the right thing to do. She had major cramps, unexplained pain all over, and eventually went to the emergency room due to the pain and cramps in her abdomen. We took her to her ob/gyn and found she had already began developing cysts.


    Chemicals were definetely not for us.

    And a funny story about the vasectomy too.... dont know if i want to share that one though.

    And it doesnt hurt that bad. A few of my tattoos hurt way more.

    Haha - sorry, but when I first read this I thought you meant for him sex is a 4 minute process since he's so young. That cracked me up! :D

    Drop The Leash 10 - My advice for you, when you get older, is to go to gyn appointments with your girlfriends (if they don't mind) to try to get as best an understanding as you can about how complicated it all is for us. (Of course, you sound like a good guy, so I'm sure you're already trying to understand.)

    It has been a week and the pain is almost completely gone. Someone said "getting kicked in the balls for fifteen minutes".....this is exactly the feeling right after the "pinch and burn". Mine took about 20 -25 minutes and it indeed sucked until I spoke up and said I need more anesthesia for the second round. Then it wasn't so bad.

    For the next few days it was like someone was flicking them about every 20 minutes or so. Forget about riding a bike or driving stick shift (no pun intended)


    Well worth it though as my wife is pregnant with our fourth

    my husband had it done a year or two ago......what a GREAT thing! i cannot believe how many will NOT have it done, truly amazes me. it is for your benefit as much as your spouse, a FAR less invasive procedure, etc. all win-win. makes total sense, and i find it extremely impressive. just yet another reason i know i chose my spouse wisely. :)
