Mine was completely unexpected too.
And I felt the same way...wanted to spend sometime being married, not having to stress about money and all that.
Babies are not as expensive as people will have you believe.
Borrow and buy used if need be. Use the fancy diapers the first week (Pampers Swaddlers) and then use the generic from the warehouse the rest of the time.
Babies don't need lots of toys and stuff.
And here is what no one ever tells you:
You really can't play with a baby. And they will just sit there and that is ok. Don't feel badly. If they are upset, they will tell you by crying.

you conceived on our 16th wedding anniversary weekend. we too were at the DC show, amongst others. happy it was you to conceive and not me. truly tho, kudos and all the best!

Just toss them in the backyard and let nature take its course. That's what my parents did and just look at how I turned out...

Though there is alot of truth to what you are saying...fresh air and nature are great for kids.

Thanks for that In the last 3 days, i've gone through every emotion possible....and from what i hear it only gets worse! lol
Okay, babies aren't that expensive....but holymoley teenagers sure are!

I'm totally gonna be one of those over protective parents that won't let anyone touch my kid and it'll always have too much clothes on. I just know it!
