my little on is really active and awake0 -
I guess I should be more active, as my wife was pregnant (with Jack) when the thread started, and I was also the first to be a "repeat offender" as someone cleverly called me. I'll post some pictures of Jack when I can dig them up.0

I don't mean to get all competitive here, but I think you'll find I was the first repeat offender on this threadBut don't worry, you know what they say, second is the best
I'm just grateful I'm not third, I could do without having the hairiest chest. Or is the baby the one with the hairiest chest? Just as scary.
Baby #2 is due early March. Ultrasounds suggest it will be a boy. Big Sister has just started changing from the most perfectectly behaved, easy to handle baby in the world to independant, she'll-do-it-if-she-wants-to, toddlerbut she's still a good girl in general. I am actually looking forward to having a 16 month old and a new born. I imagine it will be better than looking after a 14 month old and being heavily pregnant. I don't handle pregnancy very well. Even though I have relatively easy pregnancies compared to many women I hate being pregnant and my husband doesn't much enjoy it either because he has to put up with me

The end is the hardest. The waiting for something to happen, but not knowing when it will. I'm starting to get a bit scared because for my first baby I was induced so I don't know what it feels like just to start going into labour naturally and then decide when to go to the hospital. I'm particularly scared because both my mother and sister had quick labours for there 2nd and 3rd children. When I was born (baby #2) mum was already in hospital because they were going to induce her labour the next morning. But she woke up through the night at 1am because she was starting to feel pains and I was born at 3am.
Now I will be giving birth only 20-30 minutes away from here, but I think I will want to go as soon as I start feeling pains, but then what if it is braxton hix? and anyway they normally turn you away until your contractions are a certain distance apart, or something.
My sister went to hospital for her final check up and had started feeling light pains that morning. They thought she was exagerating her condition but took her to the waiting room for the labour ward anyway where she was quickly told to come in, but that she probably had at least 4 hours until the baby would be born. It was born within the hour.
So I'm worried about having a baby on the side of the road, or having the doctor not be there because they expect me to be in labour for much longer. Knowing my luck, I'll be the odd one out and be in labour for 2 days0 -
So how is everyone and their youngin's doing lately? I hadn't checked this thread in ages and it seems not too many other people have either.
Molly is 9 months old today and is just an awesome baby. She's so awesome I thought I'd share, here are a couple short videos we took yesterday, enjoy:

Oh my gosh! She is sooo cute!
After nearly 3 months on bed rest I gave birth to our little guy, Enzo. He was 6 weeks early and spent 1 month in the hospital before we could bring him home. He's 4 months old now and doing well. Here are some pics:

It's been a long time since that post. Little X-Man just turned 16 months on Saturday.
