    2. Spending all my birthday money on a discman and the No Code and Down on the Upside album when I was 12, thus beggining a lifelong love affair.

i completely agree... and for that i'll add this as number 4 to my list:
listening to rock at an early age when my friends were listening to either pop or rap.

i'll always remember listening to PJ, Aerosmith, Sabbath, and the beatles as a young child.

    1) Taking a chance....even though the situation didn't seem "logical"...I trusted my gut...and ended up with someone who is my perfect match and the love of my life
    2) Marrying my ex-husband...I still think it was one of the best decisions I've made, even if we're not meant to be together as a couple...I couldn't have chosen a better person to enter adulthood with and lay down the foundations for my life
    3) Changing majors and pursuing a career that I'm passionate about

I think we also need a list for the three worst decisions!

    let's see,
    I'd say thus far,
Not getting married in my 20's

going to grad school for my master's degree

being a Yankees fan? :) Does that count?

    3. Traveling to Europe last summer with 5 kick ass people to see Pearl Jam all over that beautiful country.

1 - Realising I won't be beaten and life's too short. A previous partner cheated on me several times with the same woman, I ended the relationship and started my life again. I'm now really good friends with my ex's partner (went to a gig with her last night in fact!) and remained best friends with my ex. They're expecting their first baby in October and I couldn't be happier for them, I already have a list of stuff to buy their new sproglet! I took (still am taking tbh) alot of shit for it off people who wanted and expected me to be angry, to hate them both... but life's too short and i've moved on :)

2 - Losing weight. In 2006 I started weightwatchers and haven't looked back since. I've lost 6 stone (I was large to say the least) and have ran a half marathon and am currently in training to run the Race For Life here in the UK in June. I'm a different person since I lost the weight :)

3 - Biting the bullet and telling someone how I felt. In November last year I met Audiodave for the first time. I fancied the ass off him but did nothing about it ( ). We became really good friends via daily texts and msn. One thing led to another and in January we discussed how we felt about each other. We had a little trip to London with mutual friends... 6 days later we had our first date and got our shit together... We've been together 3 months today and i'm the happiest i've ever been :o:D
Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

why did it make you laugh?

Seriously, it was a HUGE decision for me. I'm a single mom, divorced, work every waking moment to support myself and my kids.
Taking the chance to travel for the love of a band was HUGE. I don't regret it ONE BIT :D

I don't think they meant any malice, it's just that you called Europe a country, hence the laughter. :)

    that makes my top 2!!!

    hey Richard.. fuck off!

ahhhh now thats me on 3 as well :D
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    do not ask again
Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
    And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green
