    I've lit the grill 3 times so far this year. I got a new Weber this year too.

    Who is charcoal and who is gas? I am charcoal all the way!!! And I used a chimney charcoal starter - the best!! No lighter fluid needed.

    I like to grill me some New York's. I've got my own secret marinade. My steaks kick ass!!!

    I love food cooked over hot coals. :cool:

    too much wine is bad but just a little wine is really good

    It isn't hard for me, I was a veg for 22 years before starting meat again 6 years ago....my family on the other hand are NOT happy! I announced my plans last night their faces and reactions were priceless!! I have a hubby and 4 sons who have been down this road before....they are all big meat eaters! They can all continue to eat it, and for now I will cook it for them....notice the *for now*...... :D

    Salmon and veggies. I love fish, but won't dare cook it in the house 'cause of the smell. Fresh of the grill...yum! :)
