That's what's actually not bad about myspace/facebook. You can use it for that as well. Plus you can set your page to private and regulate anything anyone posts onto your page before it's ever publicized. So it's not always bad. You can weed out those idiots without them ever seeing your page. I'm not sure if it's the same on the classmates/reunion sites, but they should really think about doing that.

but I graduated many many years ago. my old friends from back then can't find me on myspace. and my myspace is private. we did not have email when I was in highschool. my myspace is not searchable by my name. I'm not arguing with you, I'm just saying how it is when you are older.

I totally understand. I know you're not arguing. I just thought it was worth a shot. I know myspace has been around long enough that a lot of older people are using it as well these days. Plus they've added the school function where you can join the group for the school you graduated from and search other alums that were there as well, etc.

I figured there's probably not as many people on myspace as on classmates.com, but there's probably still a decent amount on there.

I guess. I got on there to get in touch with people I KNEW, not some idiot.
I got in touch with a classmate and told him how something he said is still with me all these years later. Besides that, he was such a jock and A student. Poor guy poured his heart out to me now, he's had a horrible life. He's sober now but he had it rough.

Poor guy?? Obviously he was once a dick to you or someone else...sounds like what comes around goes around if ya ask me!!

Too many "friends" that I didn't want to get all up in my business between me and my "close friends."

I'm a very private person as you can see, I don't post pics here.
Then again I'm not as HOT as some people here. ;)

I don't have a myspace, but I have seen a lot of them and they all look alike to me. It's no big deal, it is "your" space and you should be able to put as many pics of "anything" you want. It has nothing to do with wanting attention or whatever... if you walk down the street or are walking in a mall or at a concert, or at any sporting event you are going to get attention rather you want it or not! It's nice and if people want to see ya go ahead and post as many pics as you like. It certainly doesn't bother me if one guy takes and posts a million pictures of himself and the same with a girl. I love to see people and I love to see pictures...I try to comment on all of them, sometimes it is hard though. :p Seriously, posting pictures of yourself has NOTHING to do with lacking self confidence, because I have a ton of self confidence and I don't lack any attention from my hubby or friends or family. Those who say that are obviously the ones who lack....now come on people let me have it, tell me how much of an attention whore I am..( not that you don't all always let me know in your own way )
I don't think you NEED to be told :)
    The Astoria??? Orgazmic!
    Verona??? it's all surmountable
Dublin 23.08.06 "The beauty of Ireland, right there!"
    Wembley? We all believe!
Copenhagen?? your light made us stars
    Chicago 07? And love
    What a different life
Had I not found this love with you

well I am not one for posting pics of myself but I like that you can set your page on private on myspace. I don't want random people looking at pics on my page, it's weird. That's why I don't understand when some people have provocative pictures of themselves on their page and it's not on private. They want everyone to see them..those attention whores :p
These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.
