    wow, into the wild AND into thin air? I'd agree with into thin air but into the wild was good but I don't think it should be that high up.

    And I see touching the void's there too :)

    Is it just me though or does the top 30 only comprise of 15? :confused:

    Actually I misrepresented the purpose of that article. Not intentionally, but I read the heading totally wrong. In fact, it is a list of favorite books by adventurers that have been featured in the last 30 years of Outside Magazine. Sorry. I was like you, I counted the books and kept looking for another page. So really this was not a rating, but a list of favorite books by professional adventure types.
