    I would go...but when is it? on the 2nd weekend of march?

    Any ideas of where i could stay, i mean a hostel or something like that, it would be my first time in Ireland and definitely would be great to go on this day...i guess :confused::D

    hey y'all - OK so I'm a bit premature for St Patrick's day....but looking for some places for live music this week. or let me know if you have any suggestions for other must-do activities. this will be my first visit and staying in temple bar area.

    i'll ck out the place helen mentioned for the meet-up.

    I wanted to come to the Dublin St Paddy's meet but unfortunately I'm in Dublin a month too late :(
    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    Not in my house :mad: we use April as a spiritual cleansing retreat month... after the evils of paddy's month. All alcohol will be disposed of (i.e. drank obviously) any unhealthy food will be fed to the evil cat across the road in the hope that it finally dies, and best of all... there will be NO NOISE in the house... we're getting rid of all tellys, stereos, even vibrating toothbrushes :)
