And San Diego... i was driving down the 405 and heard on KROQ that the gig was cancelled. I got off the freeway and called 91X to verify... yup.
So, we had some breakfast and headed back to O.C.
Turns out... that was a good thing. The girl I was seeing back then would have HATED the show and bitched about wanting to leave the whole time.
By the time of the re-scheduled show at the Sports Arena... we'd split up and I ended up selling my spare to the kid at the taco joint in San Diego who was planning to run over to see if he could buy a ticket after his shift. He was estatic and i got some free food.

You live in America you have an opportunity to go see them go do it.
If I wanted to go to the Madison Square Garden show in the US it would cost $2000 in flights alone. Let alone accommodation food and tickets.

When you are broke, what is the difference between spending $1000 on airfare to $2000 on airfare? There is no difference when you are broke, and anyone coming from the west coast would have to shell out that much too.
