actually a person I met pertaining to Pearl Jam was Ed Byrne! He was in the Kings Head in Galway a few months back with a few comedians from The Panel. We had a nice drunken 10 minute conversation about PJ!

In London tend to get a lot of random celeb spotting. Jimmy Nail walking down the street, sat next to Hugo Speer on the tube, random from Casualty holding the door open on the tube, Orlando Bloom in a bar ... that kinda thing
Like Riot Rain I seem to have a Jeremiah Smith ... it's Graham Norton ... nearly bumped into him on a pedestrian crossing, see him out walking his dogs, then he got into a lift I was in ... in fact I think he's stalking me

I was at a Queens of the Stone Age show. There was a tall guy blocking my view so I stood next to him and mentioned something about how tall he was. It was Krist Noveselic.
about 10-12 years ago was at lola's (is it still there on la cienega?) and i see kenny banya from seinfeld with like 3 hot chicks ($$ )....we leave there and head over to trader vics and he shows up there too....:)

back in 1989 my family went to Maui Hawaii for vacation. Staying at our hotel was Magic Johnson and Kurt Rambis (a second Kurt Rambis sighting in this thread). I got to play pool volleyball and basketball with Magic and Kurt. Eventho Magic was on vacation, he took an hour everyday to sign autographs for the hotel guests. He was probablly the coolest celeb i ever met.

I bumped into Nelly in the casino at the Palms in Vegas last year and played a hand of blackjack with Sully from Godsmack at the Playboy Club there. Both were really nice guys. Sully is like 5'4''.
My wife, Daughter and I are in the local mall. We are getting a birthday card for one of my daughter friends. As we are walking through the food court area, there stands Uma Thurman with all of her kids. My daughter who was like 12 at the time, asked her to sign her friends birthday card. She was very nice and did.
So as we were leaving, I look up and almost shat my pants, walking towards me with a black hat, in black clothes is the one and only Bob Dylan. I did not dare approach, I waved, he nodded and that was enough for me.
So inside of 10 minutes in our dinky little mall, we see these 2 people. Now those are random sightings!

It is not uncommon to see artist of all types here, just those 2, so close, were random.
