Richmond spearhead Matthew Richardson will miss the next two weeks after fracturing his wrist in Saturday's win over Geelong.
Scans on Sunday revealed the Tiger spearhead had a cracked bone in his right wrist, with a visit to specialist Dr Greg Hoy, who completed successful operations on champion Australian leg-spinner Shane Warne, confirming Richardson would require surgery.
The 31-year-old will have a screw inserted in the wrist to stabilise the fracture on Monday afternoon and will be sidelined from matches against Fremantle and the Kangaroos.
Meanwhile, gun youngster Brett Deledio has a minor strain of his medial ligament and has not been ruled out of this week's match against the Dockers in Perth.

We used to play afl here in primary school, way back when i was in yr 4, circa '94 (i'm listening to PJ atlanta '94 boot atm and can't believe how long ago that sounds now!) and our school won the district comp or whatever it was and got to play on the SCG at night infront of a packed house during half time!...i can still remember walking out and looking up towards the ladies and members stands! I can remember that, but can't remember if we even won though haha...
I like our socks. I hear we make a fine sock. I always say, You might not love our records, but I think you'll like our socks. - Stoney G.

Just curious, do you Aussies realize how lucky you are to be able to watch AFL at your leisure, and then get PJ with Kings of Leon for an entire tour? I would give anything to be back there right now. PS, go Saints!
