    sorry to hear that, I feel that I have been in a funk for about 1 year now, and took 1 step to get out of that, and I want to take up another activity to help pull me out even more so, and hopefully for good.

    Thanks, Allie. A friend from here called tonight.. I told her what was going on and she said lets go out for a bit.. I mean god love her she is pregnant. We went to a pub and had some food and I had some drinks... she had some ginger ale :p It was so good to see a friend.

    It's rather cool there, but I always loved heading to Banff when I lived in Calgary. It never fixed anything, but it just helped to put it into perspective. Guess it was the fresh mountain air. Or it could have been the Barnard Callebaut chocolate-covered strawberries at the Banff Springs Hotel.
