Do yourself a favor and watch The Sopranos if you haven't already. I had never seen a full episode until this past summer and went out and ended up buying all seven of the box sets by the end of the year. By far, the show is now my favorite TV show of all time -- right up there with Seinfeld.

i'm genuinely obsessed with Top Gear.. i find it hilarious and entertaining.. i'm not even into cars that much, but the show is funny as fcuk
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

The only one I saw was with Gordon Ramsay. It was pretty entertaining and I couldn't careless about cars. Maybe I'll have to watch a few more episodes.

I second The Sopranos. If you want to save some dough, try NetFlix (or something similar) if you aren't already. That makes it easy to watch TV series DVD's without having to buy them or go to the rental store every couple days. I've only bought three movies that I've watched more than once (Godfather 1-3), so renting is the way to go for me.

    soooo many ideas! cheers!:)

i've actually religious watched the sopranos already. me and my flatmate sat and watched a series a fortnight and kept goin out to the buy each series the day after the previous one finished. it was addictive, to say the least.

havin said that, i've only seen up to the happy christmassy ending that was aired a while back. i've never seen these final 6 (is it 6?) episodes that conclude the saga. i must make getting them a priority

It took me a few episodes.....my girlfriend and I had a trip planned to Cardiff, and we stayed at the St Davids Spa, so we have nice memories when they show the spa on the show!

hilarious.....i was not a fan or either william shatner or james spader but they are genius.....the writers wrote perfect characters for them and they play them to perfection....it's very quirky and irreverent....give it a shot...:D

It's not a comedy, but I was hooked on Damages. The second season will be starting up this summer, so there's only 13 episodes to watch, but I'd highly recommend it. One of my favorite current shows.
