For me its music. its the reason I get out of bed. It comforts me. It soothes. It energizes. It blows my mind. I can go to a concert, and after it feel like I witnessed some religious experience, like it was life affirming. It gives my life purpose. It is everything. I am a straight edger and think that without music my life would be a worse wreck than it currently is (I am in the middle of a Quarter life crisis, trying to find myself and purpose).

this is such a cute post. :p no offense, but i remember being your age and actually thinking i had to figure it all out NOW. :D trust me, you need a few more years under your belt, then you're allowed to have a "crisis". ;)

i get out of bed every day between 6:30 and 7:30am because my toddler wakes me up. and then i need to send my older son off to school. then i get the baby dressed & fed and to the sitter's. then i go to work (i do listen to music on the way). then i do my job, which i really enjoy, then i leave, pick up the midget, go home and start dinner. then i enjoy the evening with my guys- the kids & my husband. we get everyone bathed & we hang out a while, then get the kids to bed and have some grownup time. then we crash.

so, i guess i'd say my children & husband are my impetus to get my arse outa bed everyday. oh, and the knowledge that life is a glorious gift, to be opened again and again, every day. :)

Live it, you don't really have all that much control over it. Just give your 110%, because thats all you can do. I don't think anyone here can give you the path your looking for. All I know is in my 25 years, I've tried a couple of them, and none of them turned out to be what I wanted. I wouldn't change the past even though I'm currently starting all over again, and all that effort wasn't wasted. I value the experiences for what they were.....my life.

There is no path, destiny, or plan.....the important part is you and what you get from it.

I like Hellenic a lot. What do you play in the band?

Seriously, get that recorded and mixed properly.

the only thing I need to keep me going is my family. I have 3 daughters and a husband that I am the sole financial provider for. Luckily for me, I love my job!
