Eh...maybe. I never get excited about SS anymore...I hate festivals.

We gonna be in SD for the GF's mom's bday, so we may sneak down there to see X and The National

  • Oh my GOD I hate the smell of Axe.

    gives me a headache.

I like Irish Spring on a man.

I use ivory (it floats!!) but only on my face...my body I use body wash stuff from Bath and Body works ...or I make my own soap if I am feeling witchy.

It's the only soap that doesn't leave a thin residue layer behind from my experience. I guess those brands refer to that as "moisturization."

I'm also not a fan of the moisturizer/lotions found in some soaps (Dove, for example). I'm an Ivory user and absolutely leaves you feeling fresh, clean, dry and it doesn't have much of a scent, which I also like.

presently i am using Lever 2000.
i normally use Ivory as it leaves a no visible film on my tattooed meat.
always after showering i thoroughly enjoy giving myself a baby oiled skin job.
it enhances the art of the tattoos and make me feel all brand new and fresh like.
so yes, soap and its filmly remains piss me off ;)

I use Ivory...pretty much exclusively... however a bunch of years ago i started breaking out along the sides of my face... turns out it was from Aussie Mega sprunch spray. :D

Anyway... A dermatologist told me to use Lever 2000. It helped I guess. But so did discontinuing the Sprunch Spray. :)

When i was a kid... like about 8... i wrote a song about Dial

Dial is the soap that lathers you up
Dial is the soap that cleans you
Dial is the soap that makes you smell
So fresh and clean all day through

I was like in a hotel or something and it was a treat as all we ever got was Ivory.

Nawton's Pub...where they serve up liquid dial.
  • I usually just use boring old Ivory. However, at a street fair this summer, I bought some African Black soap. I really like it. It reminds me of Dr. Bonner's Castille soap.

I used to use bar soap. I recently switched over to the liquid stuff with the poof-ball...best decision ever!

I have crazy dry skin and bar soap, no matter what kind I used would always dry me out.

I now use Aveeno body wash with the poof-ball. Yeah, it's totally gay :D but it's the best stuff ever!
