    Son of David.

On my mother's side, and I mention because it's cooler, means "Son of the hound of ulster" or "Son of the little calf" depending on whether the family line is descended from Irish heritage or Scottish, probably scottish so little calf it is.
"I remember one night at Muzdalifa with nothing but the sky overhead, I lay awake amid sleeping Muslim brothers and I learned that pilgrims from every land — every colour, and class, and rank; high officials and the beggar alike — all snored in the same language"

    haha, stupid Scots!

my first name means "brown chief" in scots gaelic

Anglicized form of the Gaelic name Donnchadh meaning "brown warrior", derived from Gaelic donn "brown" and cath "warrior". This was the name of two kings of Scotland, including the one who was featured in Shakespeare's play 'Macbeth' (1606).
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

Mine comes from the Italian word nero "black". It indicates a person with a dark complexion or dark hair
